The Restaurant

The restaurant, which looks out on the historic ferry harbour, has an atmosphere all its own. Refined dishes inspired by modern Mediterranean cuisine, the unique location, and gracious hospitality go together to make your dinner a special experience. Dishes are prepared using organically grown ingredients as much as possible. The extensive winelist is much appreciated by the guests. The restaurant has had a loyal clientele ever since it openen in December 2009.

Tables are laid with linen, and design chairs ('Endless' by Gelderland) provide comforable seating. Objects from the museum's collection decorate the restaurant, giving it its own unique ambience.

The restaurant can seat a maximum of 58 guests for lunch or dinner.
The maximum size of a group is 12 persons.

Besides the à la carte menu, the restaurant offers a two-course lunch for € 30.-, a three-course lunch for € 40,- and a four-course dinner for € 55,- and a five-course dinner for € 65,-.
Groups of five persons or more may not order à la carte

It is wise to make a reservation. This can be done only by telephone: 0031 (0)10 – 270 71 85.

No pets allowed in the restaurant.

Opening hours
Open from Tuesday through Sunday from 12 noon to 2.30 pm for lunch, and from 6 pm to 10 pm for dinner. The restaurant is not open for lunch on Saturday, however. It is also closed during vacations: from 5 August through 24 August and 25 December through 4 January 2015.
